It starts in 2021, when our founder, Ryan, decided that the corporate grind wasn't cutting it anymore.
He wanted more. More creativity. More autonomy. And most importantly, more time to watch his young children grow up.
He left the corporate world to build an agency that valued balance over burnout.

Whilst RH Elite Services was born in 2021, our technical DNA goes back much further.
We've been solving digital problems since before most local agencies even existed.
2005
Hollie begins coding at University. The foundation of everything we build today.
2009
Ryan launches his first site. It wasn't just about the look - it was about the logic.
2011
Ryan's first major SEO project hits 80,000 monthly clicks. He realised then that search could change lives.
2023
We begin expanding the team from just the owners.
2022
RH Elite expands from just Web Development into Digital Marketing.
2021
The "leap of faith." RH Elite Services is officially founded to support small businesses.

Director
Ryan brings a wealth of passion and technical expertise to the agency. His coding journey began in 2009 with a heartwarming project, building a website to help his grandmother sell her books. After years of travelling for an exhausting job which eventually caused total burnout, Ryan decided to follow his true passion and took the leap into building websites full-time in 2021. When he's not crafting stunning digital experiences for clients, you can find him spinning tracks as a DJ.
Hollie
Director
Hollie has been building websites since she was a teenager, bringing a lifelong passion for the web to her role as Director. She perfectly bridges the gap between creative design and data-driven strategy. While she loves the creative process, Hollie's true passion lies in diving deep into marketing analytics to ensure every campaign hits its mark and delivers real results.

Senior Developer & Systems Architect
Ian is our resident technical whizz. As our Senior Developer and Server Expert, there is quite literally nothing he can't build and no server issue he can't resolve.
